This 3 wheeled bike is completely awesom looking if I do say so myself. It is the leanster by Brudeli [I know I have never herd of them either]
Apparently designed from a motocross dirtbike [the powerful KTM 690 Supermoto to be exact]. This thing tops out at just over 100mph and can run on just about any surface.
Am I the only one that wants one of these thigns?

Well it looks like the people of japan are getting 1gbps download speeds in there house for the same price if not less than what you are spending now for your slow connection. Damn you USA get faster connections!!!
KDDI Corp will launch a fiber-optic communications service with upload and download speeds each of up to one gigabit per second on Oct 1. The new service will target people living in single-family homes and low-rise apartment buildings. The traffic speeds will be the fastest in eastern Japan, up drastically from the current 100 megabits per second.
With the service, KDDI aims to catch up with Nippon Telegraph & Telephone Corp, which has a share of over 70% in the market for fiber-optic broadband services for single-family houses.
KDDI will charge 5,985 yen in basic monthly fees for Internet and telephone services, down 1,155 yen from the current price, if a user subscribes for two consecutive years.
KDDI will start offering its fiber-optic services, which are now available only in six prefectures in the Kanto region and nearby Yamanashi Prefecture, in four cities in the northern prefecture of Hokkaido.

Ok this thing is just sad looking. Its a USB [maybe led?] and a webcam. That are suppose to look like hollywod equipment. However I would never want to put these on my EeePc.
Whats even better. Look close at that EeePc. It has a built in webcam! Epic Fail!
However if you want to waste your money on something like this then check out the online uk retailer where you can get them for around $10 and $18

Who hasnt had this problem? Your wifi signal is just to damn weak for you to watch the latest por..erm…episode of csi on cbs or a video on youtube. Or maybe its to weak for you to even find it. Using a strainer you can boost that signal. I for one know this works as I did my own bench mark a while back and tested things such as a strainer and a old DishNetwork satalite dish. Overall its a fun little diy trick that was able to boos my signal from about 1 block [city street] to about 3. So hit the source link if you want to try something like this out. If not. Well have fun sitting there all lonely with out a good wifi signal.

So I was surfing My usual news blogs looking for news to post when I stumbled upon this interesting article over at Gizmodo (<3). Basically It says that the U.S Government is thinking about using telepathy to communicate between soldiers. Now I can think of some good pros and some very bad cons for this idea.
Pro’s
1. Better Covert op’s
Now our seals can talk to each other without making a sound. They can instantly send warnings if they are caught and make status updates to others.
2. Visuals? The article doesn’t really specify how this will all work but what if you could send visual images back to each other? No need for a damn camera anymore. The less our soldiers have to carry the better right?
3.Spy check
I know that sounds like something from Team Fortress 2 but hey If you can’t control what your thinking then it would be easy to tell if someone is a traitor.
Con’s
1. How will this send info wireless?
Its a good idea to think about this for many reasons, Jamming, Listening in, and possibly corruption. How bad would it be if you thought you were hearing your buddy’s thoughts and actually you were hearing just what the enemy wanted you to hear?
2. Visuals?
Again if there are visuals it could be traumatizing if you see your buddy die and think its actually you.
3. Its not happening for a long long time.
This is defiantly complicated tech and its not going to be realized for who knows how long.
Well I at least hope to see some of this in my lifetime but that is quite doubtful.
