Ok so I bought a turbosim off of ebay for $8.20 [link] and it got here today. Speedy shipping so that made me happy. Once I got it within 2min of sitting at my desk I was recording a video and testing the card out. Now I have had it working for a few hours and all seems to be well so far so I am calling it a success.
If you want to unlock your iPhone I suggest grabbing one of the sim cards at that ebay link above and trying it out. If you have success be sure to let us know
BE SURE TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS WHEN YOU GO TO INSTALL IT FAILURE TO DO SO MAY CAUSE YOUR PHONE NOT TO WORK AND YOU WILL HAVE TO TRY AGAIN!
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMANGE TO YOUR DEVICE IF YOU BREAK IT THEN YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.
WE ARE HOWEVER RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY JOY YOU FEEL ONCE YOU ARE FREE OF AT&T’S CLUTCHES!
Ok so here is one for you…using your iPhone to watch live streams and stream through ustream.tv. Streaming requires you to jailbreak but the viewing app can be downloaded from the app store for free! Check it out

[p.s. I know I did 3 iPhone videos in a row but it was a slow day and I recorded them all and didnt want to wait to post them.]
Ok so I got my hands on an iPhone. But there are a few problems I am having. Mostly the fact that the phones firmware and and modem firmware wont allow me to unlock it. I am working on it still and as soon as i get it unlocked and on t-mobile the fun hacking will begin. Looks like its gonna be a long night for me.
Oh ya and I wrote this post from the phone

P.S Dark.. I win the “who will get an iphone first war”
So psystar [the mac clone maker] is back in court again with a new fight.
from the and-we-can-do-what-we-want-with-it dept
Psystar tried and failed to pin an antitrust case on Apple in its fight over whether or not Psystar can install MacOS on non-Apple hardware. Now, it appears that the company is back to where we thought it would originally focus: on whether or not a software license agreement can preclude the first sale doctrine that allows you to resell software you legally purchased. It’s still a long shot — but a few recent rulings suggest the courts are at least more open to these discussions. Of course, if Psystar wins, it could severely limit the power of end user license agreements (EULAs) that software companies often use to limit uses of software.
Want your TREO or other Palm device to look like a iPhone? Download THIS app. Its kind of neat and I am using it right now on my TREO (yes I made this video no comments on how crappy my treo looks)
As I said in the video the only problem with it is the side media controls do not work atleast not with real player but meh I can live with that.
So if you have a Palm OS device then go ahead and grab that program.
[Sorry for the crappy video quality]
[Disclamer: No I did not make this program and no I will not buy you a new palm if you break yours attempting to use this or anything else we post on this site]
I am rich is a iPhone app that does nothing more than display a glowing red gem on your iphone screen. Aparently as a status symbol. (wait what? $999.99 for a animated gif image basically?)
Well I seen this on twitter a couple days ago and thought ‘who would be dumb enough to click buy app’. Well a iphone user known by Lee5279xx has answerd that for me.
Lee5279xx says “I clicked buy, thinking it was a joke, to see what happened. I forgot my wife had ‘iclick’ activated on my laptop and it really bought this app for $999.”
By “iclick” I assume the 1 click purchase thing apple junkies use so they don’t see the “Are you sure you want to buy this useless program” screen This was however ment for cheap stuff like songs not $1000 animated status symbols.
Since his major brain fart the app has been removed from the iTunes store. Hopefully crediting the poor noob(s) who bought it.
Here is an added bonus for you.
Anyone want to give this guy a ticket on the Failbus?
