Ok so recently I contacted comcast for Dark at there “comcast cares” or @comcastcares on twitter. I sent them an email. They reply and once again I send a response. Since then they have not replied. So wtf is going on comcast? Do you guys just suck to much to respond to the emails that bring issues to your attention or what?
I for one am glad I have a ISP that cares about there customers. If only comcast could really care.
