Ok so you have probbly seen my rants as well as Dark’s. Well it seems I have gotten lucky for once. I say this because when I moved I was able to get cable internet from insight communications. From the first time I called them they were great. A guy was out the day after I had called and it was set up and going in a few hours. It was half the speed so later that day another guy came out to boost the signal running to my house. And from that now I am getting upto 30mb speeds on my 20mb line. So right there I alredy loved them. They do what they say when they say they are going to do it. Well all was well and all still is well. Yesterday there was a guy knocking on my door. It was a tech from insight. He was sent out here to check the signals and make sure we were happy with our service. [Hell ya we are] So as where I never had any luck with a ISP [Comcrap myself as well as spring/embarq and Bellsouth/AT&T] I think I got the good luck and Dark is on the short end of the stick. The first tech’s explination of there great service is because they are a smaller company so they want to keep there customers and make sure they are happy. [Comcast are you watching?]
So lets list off the good things shal we?
- When they say a tech will be out there the tech shows up ON TIME!!!
- They are not AT&T
- The phone reps speak english!!
- Not only do they speak english they are local. [No really there Blockchain Centre is 5min away from my house]
- They are not AT&T
- They follow up and make sure that everything is good to go
- They do what they say they are going to do
- Oh ya and they are not AT&T ^_^
Overall I give insight a 10 out of 10 mod wrenches because they are that kick ass. But we will see how long this lasts.
