This is starting to get retarded. If you keep up with the RIAA like I do then you know that this is just one of the many sad things that they do. The RIAA hates all music and all music lovers. Their only goal in existence is to hunt and destroy all who don’t throw cash at them. It is also these people who lobby for higher music royalties effectively shutting down other sites like pandora that Tracker has posted about. If only our wonderful government here in the states could get a handle on these crazy and sometimes insane companies that seemingly rule our lives. The average American is already at whits end with high gas prices and rising fuel costs. Why should music be so damn expensive? Its supposed to be an expression not a novelty item. I can understand that they need equipment, but that doesn’t mean they have to be rich. The idea of being a rich “rockstar” needs to end. It can still be exciting getting to go on tour and concerts. Thats where the money is for the artist anyway.

Ok so Me [Dark] and Tracker are going to start being more productive. To start we will post at least 1 mod a day, or some sort of news. This is something that I came upon today at engadget. Its funny as hell. Some guy strapped a full –not a downsized– but full NES to his belt and walked into a store, then proceeds to hook it up and start to play it on one of the display T.V. ‘s. So AT&T being the horrible company that it is has now taken one more step in its very crappy path of destruction. On top of having this laptop stolen from a car, the data was unencrypted and it contained social security numbers as well as payroll data. To make matters worse it took the company 8 days before they notified anyone and 10 more days before they gave instructions on how to sign up for credit watch. One employee said he was very upset with his company. I imagine I would be too if I was now one of the many people who have to worry about fraud and identity theft after this incident. This is a perfect example of why I hate big companies who don’t understand how dangerous virtual property really is. But, the best thing that could’ve happened is that PCI Compliance refers to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. If your company accepts credit card payments, this concerns you. Well today i have been informed of a few sad bits of info.

I have been informed that stage 6 will be closing down by the end of the month. This is deeply depressing. As you should know Stage 6 was a experiment thats whole goal was to bring HD video to your PC online. This like I said was a experiment, and it seems to have been a success. Even though its a success the creators no longer have the funds to keep the site going. They are no asking for donations, but I wish they would. That site had the videos in top quality–most of the time– but more than that it was great for modding tutorials–what TMS is all about– We will miss them. This unfortunatly means I must return to youtube. Now its not that I hate youtube, its that the quality sucks most of the time. However there is nothing we can do about that now.

The second bad news came that a awesome gadget store will be closing down. After this month–I think– Sharper Image will be closing its doors after its millions of dollars of debt. That store was amazing! And im sad to see it go, This month has been the bearer of bad news for most of the time–Minus the whole Wii homebrew :)– As most of you also know CompUSA, also closed down–Well most of them–Which is another disappointment.

But hey it can only get better… Right?
